UF EcoInnovation Challenge 2012
We are pleased to announce that 16 teams (with 40 students) participated in the 2012 UF EcoInnovation Challenge!
Congratulations to the six finalists who competed on Friday, April 6th (Campus Earth Day) in front of our panel of distinguished judges including Professor Bill Rossi, Matt Hintze of TutoringZone, and Chad Paris of Paris Leaf.
Videos of each of the 6 teams’ five minute pitches are linked below as well as a short video of the judges’ feedback for all six teams:
- 1st Place - SignUp! (Meng Liu & Michele Rameriz) - $500 award & Incubation by Gatornest
- 2nd Place - Full Circle (Shay Barnes & Rebekah Foster) - $200 award
- 3rd Place - Urban Tree (Alex Hilbert) - $100 award
